I can't withdraw points from Bing.

After so much time, I finally saved up some points and decided to redeem them in one of the games. But to do so, I was asked to confirm my phone number. When confirming, I was told that it is impossible to link a number in this region (Ukraine). How can I withdraw the points I've been accumulating for months?

Hello, good day and thanks for your question. The country that you situated is listed as a supported region in Microsoft Rewards. Please refer to the below for the other things that you can check for this.

• Ensure that you are not using or connecting to any VPN or proxy.
• Logout and login to your account to every Microsoft Rewards dashboard that you are into.
• Check and try the dashboard on the Bing app and see if it will be the same.
• Check and try on a different browser as well and ensure that clean up the cache and also ensure that no extension/s installed might interfere with Microsoft Rewards.
• Another thing that you can check and try is to use InPrivate browsing or Incognito mode on whichever browser you are using.

If you will still encounter an issue after checking the above and if it will still be the same later today or tomorrow, you may submit a ticket via https://rewards.bing.com/support for this to get checked internally by the rewards team.
