Unable to reschedule the exam

I had scheduled the PL-300 Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst exam but was unable to attend due to network issues. I attempted to reschedule the exam; however, I did not receive any confirmation email for the rescheduled slot, which resulted in me missing the exam again.

I contacted the Microsoft support team, but they informed me that they are unable to assist further from their end.

Because of this “no-show” issue, I am currently unable to upload the transcript/scorecard to the portal due to which I am unable to apply for new exam voucher

Please advise on the next steps I should take in this situation.

In your situation, since you missed the exam due to network issues and did not receive a confirmation email for the rescheduled slot, it's important to address the no-show status that is preventing you from uploading your transcript or scorecard. Here are the steps you can take:

    1. Contact Pearson VUE Support: Since the issue involves scheduling and confirmation, reach out to Pearson VUE support directly. They handle the exam scheduling and can assist with issues related to no-shows and rescheduling. You can find their contact information here.
    2. Check Your Certification Dashboard: Log in to your certification dashboard to see if there are any updates regarding your exam status or if there are options to reschedule or manage your account.
    3. Documentation: Keep a record of all communications with both Microsoft support and Pearson VUE. This documentation can be helpful if you need to escalate the issue or provide proof of your attempts to resolve it.
    4. Follow Up: If you do not receive a timely response from Pearson VUE, follow up with them to ensure your case is being addressed.
    5. Consider Rescheduling: Once the no-show issue is resolved, you should be able to reschedule your exam and apply for a new exam voucher if needed.

Taking these steps should help you navigate the situation and get back on track with your certification process.
