Hello,

My Microsoft 365 account is blocked with the message:

“Access Denied – This page has been blocked as it violates the Acceptable Use Policy.”

I have important personal portfolio files stored in OneDrive that I need to recover.

I purchased the subscription and want to know:

  1. If there is any way to access the data temporarily
  2. Whether recovery or export is possible
  3. What steps I need to take to restore access

Thank you.

    Hello,

I am unable to access my OneDrive account because I am not the primary account holder.

I was only a sub-user under a Microsoft 365 subscription owned by another person.

I did not realize that this situation could result in my OneDrive being completely inaccessible.

Unfortunately, my OneDrive contains very important work files. which I urgently need for my job and career.

I sincerely request Microsoft’s assistance to help restore access to my OneDrive data, even temporarily, so that I may retrieve my files.

I am also willing to pay for a legitimate subscription or any required fees if that allows me to recover my data.

I truly hope you can help me, as this work is extremely important to me.

Thank you very much for your time and understanding.

If your Microsoft 365 account is blocked with the message stating that it violates the Acceptable Use Policy, here are the steps you can take:

    1. Temporary Access: Unfortunately, there is no way to access your data temporarily while your account is blocked. The access restriction is in place due to violations of the Acceptable Use Policy.
    2. Recovery or Export: Direct recovery or export of files from OneDrive is not possible while the account is blocked. You will need to restore access first.
    3. Restoring Access: To restore access to your OneDrive and recover your files, you should submit a support request. You can do this by selecting Contact support on the SharePoint Acceptable Use Policy page in the Microsoft 365 admin center. If you believe that your organization is not involved in any prohibited activities, explain your situation to the support team for further assistance.

Make sure to provide any necessary information that can help clarify the situation regarding the violation.
