To obtain an invoice for your Microsoft 365 Family subscription renovation, you can follow these steps:

1. Go to the Microsoft 365 admin center.
2. If you're using the Simplified view, select Products, then select View invoices. If you're using the Dashboard view, go to the Billing > Bills & payments page.
3. If you have more than one billing account, select Change billing account to view invoices associated with each billing account.
4. Look for the invoice related to your subscription renovation on January 26th. Select it from the list to view the details online.
5. To download the invoice, select Download, then select Download invoice.

If you do not see the invoice, you may need to adjust the date range or select a different billing account from the Billing account view selector.
