First, make sure your Windows is fully updated. If it is and the issue still persists, try resetting the Microsoft Store cache:
- Press Win + R
- Type:
wsreset.exe
Click OK
If the problem continues:
- Open Settings
- Go to Update & Security
- Select Troubleshoot from the left-hand menu
- Click Additional troubleshooters
- Scroll down and select Windows Store Apps
- Click Run the troubleshooter
