Hello, I'm Quinn and here to help!

First, make sure your Windows is fully updated. If it is and the issue still persists, try resetting the Microsoft Store cache:

    1. Press Win + R
    2. Type: wsreset.exe

    Click OK

    If the problem continues:

    1. Open Settings
    2. Go to Update & Security
    3. Select Troubleshoot from the left-hand menu
    4. Click Additional troubleshooters
    5. Scroll down and select Windows Store Apps
    6. Click Run the troubleshooter
