    Dear @Monica Bicego,

Welcome to the Microsoft Q&A Forum.

Based on the information you have provided, it appears that you would like to migrate data from one Microsoft 365 tenant to another, including mailbox content, files, and potentially other user resources. Since you currently do not have Global Administrator permissions in the source tenant, your ability to migrate data is limited to the resources you personally own.

If the goal is to perform a full tenant‑to‑tenant migration that includes all user accounts, mailboxes, OneDrive data, SharePoint content, and other organization-wide resources, this process requires Global Administrator privileges. Only a Global Administrator has the necessary permissions to access and migrate data for all users within a tenant. If possible, I recommend reaching out to the Global Administrator of your current tenant so they can assist with the migration process or evaluate whether a full tenant‑to‑tenant migration is appropriate for your organization.

For reference: Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migrations

If you have any additional questions or need further clarification, please feel free to let me know.
