    Hello Niko Greek American,

Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum!

I realize that you've encountered a problem with Page Navigation pane in Publisher. I truly understand your confusion. Let me assist you further.

In Microsoft Publisher, the page thumbnails appear only when Page Navigation is turned on. Here’s how to get it back:

    1. Turn on “Page Navigation”

    • Go to the View tab on the ribbon.
    • Look for the section called Show.
    • Make sure Page Navigation is checked.

This immediately brings back the panel with all your numbered pages on the left.

    2. If the pane was collapsed

Sometimes the pane is collapsed to a thin vertical bar on the left side.

    • Hover your mouse along the far-left edge of the window.
    • When your cursor changes to a double‑arrow, click and drag to the right to expand it.

    3. If you're in a different workspace

Some views (like master pages or certain template modes) also hide the panel. Please try:

    • View Normal
    • Then verify Page Navigation is checked again.

I hope this will help with your situation. Please feel free to reach back if you have further update or more questions.

    Best Regards,
