How to activate Office 2024 LTSC after system crash with fresh installation

My system crashed and i cannot boot my system again. now i have installed a freh version but cannot activate my office 2024 LTSC since i cannot dissable it from my old system. Support website are a circle and neither chat, nor telephone works currently. How should i proceed. any suggestions?

Office 2024 LTSC is a volume licence version of Office used by large organizations, it is not a consumer licence, and most likely you will not be able to re-activate that Office licence, where did you purchase that Office licence, was that from an online retailer or from Groupon.

It was an online retailer. Meanwhile I have the necessary installation ID and tried to activate via the activation portal, but the response is: according to microsoft knowledge, the activation ID is not valid. So, I still need help.

If the online retailer led you to believe that you purchased a consumer license, you should try and get your money back. Volume licenses are not for personal use.
