Entra ID Increase quota limit on my tenant

Hello,

I synchronized my objects in local Active Directory with Entra ID to Azure Active Directory. After the operations, I receive a warning that the Tenant object quota has been exceeded. The usage rate appears to be 180%, and I receive quota warnings when creating users or adding new groups in the portal.

An Azure Active Directory call was made to keep object in sync between Azure Active Directory and Exchange Online. However, it failed. Detailed error message: The directory object quota limit for the Tenant has been exceeded. Please ask your administrator to increase the quota limit or delete objects to reduce the used quota.

I cannot establish a connection with Graph Explorer due to the quota exceeding. What can I do about this?

Note: There are 2 different private domains verified and registered in the portal.

    Hello Muhammet Dilber

The engineering team has raised the quota on your tenant since your organization surpassed the default Microsoft Entra service limit.

You can check and confirm if the directory object quota limit has been increased.
