How to get out of error screen when trying to access Outlook Calendar?

When I try to access Outlook Calendar from either Teams or the web, it brings up an error that myself and my coworkers have not been able to figure out. It won't let me do anything with the error or take me anywhere. There's no other details I can provide.

    Hi,

Thank you for sharing your question. I understand how frustrating it is when both Teams and the web version of Outlook Calendar lock you into an error with no details or way to proceed.

Calendar access problems in Teams or Outlook on the web often occur due to permission issues, account configuration problems, or connectivity issues between Teams/Outlook and your Exchange calendar. In many reported cases, Teams fails to load the calendar when permissions aren’t synced correctly or when the service encounters a temporary glitch.

A good first step is to sign out completely from Teams and Outlook, close the apps, and sign in again to refresh permissions. Ensuring you have a stable internet connection and clearing Teams cache or updating the app can also help restore Calendar access.

Are you using a work account or personal Microsoft account, and does the same error appear when using a different browser or device?

Feel free to share what happens after trying a fresh sign‑in or accessing the calendar from another device, and I’ll help you narrow down the next steps to get your calendar working again.

    I hope this helps.

    Best Regards,

    Noel
