There is a widely reported problem with devices no showing correctly on the Microsoft account online, even though the device is correctly linked to the Microsoft account, this is a server side problem Microsoft need to fix.

Ensure you log into WIndows with your Microsoft account and that you have enabled Location settings for all apps, then your device will automatically appear on your account online, that may take some time to happen, but it will happen.

If your Dell PC is not appearing in your Microsoft devices list, there are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue:

    1. Check Microsoft Account Sign-In: Ensure that you are signed in to your Microsoft account on your Dell PC. You can verify this by going to Settings > Accounts > Your info.
    2. Device Sync Settings: Make sure that device syncing is enabled. Go to Settings > Accounts > Sync your settings and check if syncing is turned on.
    3. Check for Updates: Ensure that your Windows 11 is up to date. Go to Settings > Windows Update and check for any available updates.
    4. Restart Your PC: Sometimes, a simple restart can resolve connectivity issues.
    5. Check Microsoft Account Devices Page: Visit the Microsoft account devices page directly to see if your device is listed there. You can do this by logging into your Microsoft account on a web browser.

If you have followed these steps and your device still does not appear, consider reaching out to Microsoft support for further assistance.
