Help with Updating SP List using Flow based on Yes/No Variable on other List

When trying to update a list from another list, im running into issues. As a FYI, there is a flow that is working based on a form entry prior to this. From a form entry, it create a entry on List A and List B. List A is for Pending Candidates, List B is for All Candidates. Going to breakdown my flow here.

List A: Variable is Yes/No (Decline Interview)
List B: Variable is Yes/No (Recruitment Team Declined Interview)

When List a Yes/No variable is set to Yes, i want the variable on List B to show No. From there, i want to delete the list item on List A.

My issue is, when i do this, it doesnt only update the one list item , it updates them all to No rather than the 1 ID i want to update. Screenshots below.

Obviously my flow is broken and looking for help. Ill build from scratch if easier.

    @Frank Karluk ,

    For your issue, we suggest you create a new column both in List A and List B, fill in the same value in them.

    Then in flow, add a new action "Filter array" to filter items based on the same value stored in List A and List B, after that only the filtered item will be updated:
