- Check for Communication: Ensure that you have not missed any emails from Microsoft regarding your identity validation. Sometimes, additional documentation may be requested, and failing to respond can delay the process.
- Contact Support: Since you have paid for Azure support, you should be able to create a support ticket in the Azure portal. If you are facing issues with that, consider posting your question on Microsoft Q&A using the tag artifact-signing for community assistance.
- Avoid Duplicate Requests: Creating additional identity validation requests for the same organization that is already in progress does not help and can complicate the process.
