CoPilot repeatedly saying 'Sorry, I wasn't able to respond to that. Is there something else I can help with?'

I created an agent with instructions and documents uploaded. I managed to get it to successfully automate the process of gathering data from a survey into a full data table on Friday (6th Feb). I asked CoPilot to give me a prompt to use so that the same process can be completed today (Monday 9th Feb). I tried the process using the prompt on Friday (6th Feb), and the process was successful.

The instructions, documents and prompts are exactly the same as when the process was successful on Friday, yet this time it is repeatedly saying 'Sorry, I wasn't able to respond to that. Is there something else I can help with?' Is there a wider problem with CoPilot? Or has my agent stopped working?
