Hello Nathan Maguire,
Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum.
May I know if you have had the chance to check the other reply yet. Updating Windows to the latest version could help with many issues, so I highly suggest you do it first.
Before we proceed further, may I know all the steps you've tried so far to help you better?
In the meantime, you can try disabling IPv6 if it is enabled.
- Type "Control Panel" in the search bar and press Enter.
- Go to Network and Internet > Network and sharing Center > Select the Connection you are using > Properties.
- Uncheck IPv6 if it is checked,
- Select "Apply" and OK.
- Restart your computer.
