    Hi,

On the Authenticator installed on your phone with the same Email, you should see a popup with three numbers. Did you have Authenticator configured previously on your Phone?

If so, simply uninstall the app and reinstall. Do not choose Sign in - choose Restore instead.

I hope this information helps. If you have any more questions, don't hesitate to reach out.

Otherwise, please take a moment to rate the answer. Wishing you good luck!

To sign into Microsoft using the Authenticator app, you typically need to follow these steps:

    1. Enter your email address when prompted.
    2. Receive a 2-digit code sent to your email or phone.
    3. Open the Microsoft Authenticator app on your phone.
    4. In the app, you should see your account listed. Tap on it to view the area where you can enter the code.
    5. Input the 2-digit code in the designated area within the app. This is usually labeled as a one-time password (OTP) or similar.

If you are unable to find the area to input the code, ensure that your app is updated to the latest version. Sometimes, the interface may vary slightly based on updates or the type of account you are using. If you continue to have trouble, you may want to check the app's help section or Microsoft support for further assistance.
