I am charged every year for Microsoft to include 365 and I can not access it on my computer. Everyone else I have shared it with on my family account has not problems. How do I make mine work?

If you're unable to access Microsoft 365 despite having an annual subscription, there are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue:

    1. Check Your Account Status: Ensure that your subscription is active and that there are no issues with your payment method. You can log in to your Microsoft account to verify your subscription status.
    2. Sign In Correctly: Make sure you are signing in with the correct email address associated with your Microsoft 365 subscription. Sometimes, users may have multiple accounts and may accidentally log in with the wrong one.
    3. Reinstall the Application: If you're having trouble with the application on your computer, try uninstalling and then reinstalling Microsoft 365. This can resolve many access issues.
    4. Check for Updates: Ensure that your Microsoft 365 applications are up to date. Sometimes, outdated software can lead to access problems.
    5. Contact Support: If the above steps do not resolve the issue, it may be best to contact Microsoft Support for further assistance. They can help you troubleshoot the issue more effectively.

If you continue to experience problems, consider checking the Microsoft 365 support resources for additional guidance.
