Please help urgently:

I have tried for 2 days now to contact a HUMAN from Microsoft to help me transfer my email addresses from Hostinger to Microsoft.

It's urgent now as my subscription is almost due for a renewal payment, and I don't want to stay with Hostringer

    Hi Inclusive Norwich,

    Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum

To help me have a better understand on this issue, please feel free to provide some more information following the questions below:

    • Is this a business (Microsoft 365 Business) or personal (Outlook.com) email migration?
    • Has the domain already been added and verified in Microsoft 365, or is it still only configured at Hostinger?
    • Do you need to migrate existing emails (IMAP migration), or only switch email flow before the Hostinger renewal date?

Hope to hear from you soon

To transfer your email from Hostinger to Microsoft 365, you will need to follow a manual process since this is not an automated or supported migration. Here are the general steps you can take:

    1. Prepare for Migration: Ensure that you have access to both your Hostinger account and your Microsoft 365 account.
    2. Backup Your Emails: It’s a good idea to back up your emails from Hostinger before starting the migration.
    3. Set Up Your Microsoft 365 Account: Make sure your Microsoft 365 account is ready to receive the emails.
    4. Transfer Emails Manually: You can manually transfer emails by exporting them from Hostinger and importing them into Microsoft 365. This might involve using an email client like Outlook to facilitate the transfer.
    5. Update DNS Records: Once the emails are migrated, update your DNS records to point to Microsoft 365 for email delivery.

If you need further assistance or prefer to speak with a human representative, you can contact Microsoft support directly through the Microsoft 365 Admin Center. Here’s how:

    • Log into the admin center with your credentials.
    • Use the help & support button to find options for contacting support.

Since you mentioned urgency, it’s best to act quickly to ensure your emails are migrated before your subscription renewal with Hostinger.
