Urgent: I need to move my email from Hostinger to Microsoft

Please help urgently:

I have tried for 2 days now to contact a HUMAN from Microsoft to help me transfer my email addresses from Hostinger to Microsoft.

It's urgent now as my subscription is almost due for a renewal payment, and I don't want to stay with Hostringer
