certain recipients of my e-mails get an error message that says I am blocked. Is that on their server or on my icloud server?

The error message indicating that your emails are blocked is likely due to the recipient's email server settings, particularly if they are using Microsoft 365. Microsoft 365 employs a blocked senders list to protect users from spam and other malicious activities. If your email address or IP address has been identified as a potential threat, it can be added to this list, resulting in blocked messages to certain recipients.

To resolve this issue, you can use the Office 365 Anti-Spam IP Delist Portal to request removal from the blocked senders list. This process is specifically for external senders who are experiencing delivery issues to Microsoft 365 recipients.

If the recipients are using a different email service, the blocking could also be due to their server's own spam filtering policies. In either case, it would be beneficial to check with the recipients to understand their email server's configuration and whether they can assist in unblocking your emails.
