Actually I have two test abonnements for MS 365, one single private and one business standard. Both are connected to email: ******@gmail.com

I want to keep single private and to cancel business standardabonnement, because I don't need both.

  1. I am ablo to login to my account for single private, but I am not able to login to the other account for business. I don't have the login data anymore.
  2. I have got an Email from microsoft acording the periodic payment for the business standard abonnement. There are listed the following account informations. companies name: Ingenieurbüro Naundorf domain: IngenieurburoNaundorf.onmicrosoft.com prolongation of abonnement: Donnerstag, 12. Februar 2026 primary mandats-ID: fc670056-f1e5-4266-96c8-b8270680ce09

I was chatting two times with support and tried everything what was on your FAQs. I spent many hours with it.

Can you please cancel the MS365 business standard abonnement and assist me in this topic.

You should be able to manage your business subscription via https://admin.microsoft.com.

To get in touch with Microsoft business support, call the phone number for your region from the article at https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/customer-service-phone-numbers-c0389ade-5640-e588-8b0e-28de8afeb3f2 . If the problem is with account access, you have to talk to the Data Protection Team.
