Have you recovered your Microsoft account and are signing in from the Microsoft account used to Purchase the games?
Here are steps to take to recover your account - https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/account-billing/how-to-recover-a-hacked-or-compromised-microsoft-account-24ca907d-bcdf-a44b-4656-47f0cd89c245
If your Microsoft account was compromised and your purchased games now show as “Buy,” you do not need to repurchase them as long as you recover and sign in to the original Microsoft account used to buy them. Once recovered, your games should automatically reappear back to the store.
