I paid for renewal on my Microsoft Office 7/4/2025 on my visa. It stopped working two weeks ago. I need to use Word & Excel. How do I get this to work again?

You haven't said what "stopped working" means, so one can only guess. My guess is to open any Office app and go to File > Account and make sure you are signed in to the Microsoft account that purchased Office.
