I am getting the same thing through my Microsoft Authenticator app on my Android based Samsung phone.

I get a dozen at least of these notifications. Because there is not real attempt happening I do not have the number that the app wants me to select from. So I just hit deny or ignore it.

Also, I have already changed the password to a "hard" password random string of characters. Twice.

So I know that this is not a case of the account being hijacked.

Also, I checked the sign in activity. Nothing unusual. Just my standard hardware.

What I can't find is a list of apps or activities that have called for authentication. That would tell me immediately what the conflicting app was.

Receiving continuous sign-in notifications that you did not request can be concerning. This typically occurs when someone is attempting to sign in to your account using your credentials, which triggers the Microsoft Authenticator app to send you a notification for verification. Here are a few steps you can take to address this issue:

    1. Check Account Security: Ensure that your account has not been compromised. Change your password immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
    2. Review Sign-In Activity: Log into your account from a secure device and check for any unfamiliar sign-in attempts or locations.
    3. Disable Notifications: If the notifications are bothersome and you are not using the Authenticator app actively, you can temporarily disable notifications for the app in your phone settings.
    4. Contact Support: If the issue persists, consider reaching out to Microsoft support for further assistance.

It's important to secure your account to prevent any unauthorized access.
