Hi! Sorry to hear you’re running into this. Does this happen with all printers, or only one specific printer? Is the printer connected via USB or network/Wi-Fi? Have you tried removing the printer and adding it back? Does the same issue happen when printing from other Office apps, or only one app?
Excel freezing on printer access usually means the app is waiting on a spooler call that never comes back and the hang isn’t Excel, it’s the driver stalling the thread. set a local device as ur default just once; if the freeze disappears, u’ve found the bottleneck.
