Hi @info,
Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum. I understand how disruptive it can be when expected email messages do not arrive or are unexpectedly quarantined, especially when they are legitimate and time sensitive.
Microsoft has confirmed an active Exchange Online incident, EX1227432, which is currently classified as service degradation. As a result, some legitimate email messages may be incorrectly identified as phishing and placed into quarantine. Consequently, some users may experience delays or missing messages when sending or receiving email through Exchange Online.

The next update is on February 10, 2026. While service availability has improved and return to normal level, some users may still encounter residual issues as Microsoft continues to process backlogged requests and stabilize infrastructure.
At this stage, no action is required on your part. However, if you are still experiencing the issue, the following information can be helpful to support investigation and confirm impact more quickly. Please share the approximate time the message was sent or expected, whether the scenario is inbound or outbound, whether the sender or recipient is internal or external, the client used such as Outlook desktop, Outlook on the web, or mobile, and a screenshot or record showing the message in quarantine flagged as phishing, with any sensitive details removed. If Microsoft requests further diagnostics later, we will provide clear instructions to collect the required information securely and in a compliant manner.
Additionally, as other users have raised similar concerns and may not be aware of where to share their feedback, I hope this information helps clarify the situation. Highlighting this information can make it more visible to others in the community who may be facing the same issue, making it easier for them to find guidance and contribute their feedback as well.
Thank you again for your time and for raising this important usability concern. If you have any further questions or need additional assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
