To the Microsoft Team,

I am writing to formally complain and to demand immediate action regarding my Microsoft account.

I have attempted multiple times to log in to my online account to review which subscription I may have selected. Each time, my login and support attempts were blocked or redirected, making it impossible to access my account or manage my subscriptions. I was also unable to get any meaningful support via your website, chat bot, or community forums.

This situation is unacceptable.

I do not want to continue any subscription. I explicitly request that all subscriptions and all associated accounts linked to my email address be immediately cancelled and permanently deleted. In addition: the email address linked to the Microsoft account is not active anymore (means: emails will not be received) so there needs to take part phone support by a real agent

Your system currently does not allow me to do this myself, despite repeated attempts. I have now spent over four hours trying to resolve this issue through automated systems, without success. This is a severe waste of time and extremely frustrating.

To be absolutely clear:

  • I do not want to receive any Microsoft services.
  • I do not authorize any further charges.
  • If there are any payment-related issues or open transactions, I request to be contacted by a human support agent.
  • I request a callback

I am very frustrated at this point and have no patience left for automated responses, chatbots, or generic help pages. I expect this issue to be handled directly and promptly by a real support representative.

Please confirm in writing that:

  1. All subscriptions have been cancelled
  2. The account and related data will be deleted
  3. No further charges will occur

I expect a timely and concrete response.

Sincerely,

AD

    Hi Darhyl,

    thank you for reaching out.

I would like to address two related issues with my Microsoft account:

    1. I can successfully log in to my Microsoft account with my credentials, but I cannot manage my account or subscriptions. I do not see any subscription listed in the menu, and I have no option to manage or cancel the Microsoft 365 subscription or manage settings for organization members (even though I am the admin of the organization)
    2. The email address linked to this Microsoft account is no longer active, so I cannot receive any emails, verification codes, or subscription-related notifications. If the subscription cannot be paid because I want to cancel it, I need to know how Microsoft can contact me.
    3. I am proactively requesting to speak with a support agent to recover full account access, update the email address associated with my account, and fully cancel the subscription.

Hey there! Nice to meet you!

Please be advised that unless the account owner is able to access the account, subscription cancellation is not possible, and Microsoft personnel cannot retrieve this information.

If you are no longer able to recover your account, you will need to reach out directly to your bank and request to freeze all charges from Microsoft, cancelling all subscription renewals in the process.

You may also need to request a new payment method.

    Thank you for your understanding.

    Best regards,

    Darhyl

The phone support numbers also just lead to robots, that do not let me cancel the subscription
