To regain access to your nonprofit portal, you will need to follow the recovery process for your Microsoft 365 tenant. Here are the steps you can take:

    1. Confirm Account: Ensure that you are using the correct Microsoft account associated with your organization. Try signing in with any previously used email account.
    2. Submit a Support Request: If you cannot access your account, submit a support request:
      • Go to the Microsoft 365 support page.
      • Select I can't sign in or access my tenant.
      • You may need to verify your identity and ownership of the organization through official business documentation, domain ownership, or publicly listed nonprofit registration data.
    3. Contact IT Partner: If a Microsoft partner created or manages your tenant, reach out to their support team for assistance.

It's important to avoid creating a new tenant unless you are intentionally migrating systems, as this could complicate the recovery process.

If you need further assistance, consider submitting a support request through the official channels for nonprofit-related inquiries.
