You can try manual upgrade directly to latest version atm i.e. Windows 11 25H2 using ISO file.

Follow these steps: 

Download Windows 11 25H2 ISO from the official Microsoft website.

Double click on it to mount it to a DVD drive.

Then go to DVD drive, double click on setup.exe to proceed.

Follow on-screen instructions to complete upgrade.

Can you hold down Windows + R keys, type in winver and press enter. When it is launched, what's the version number, for example, V21H2, 23H2, etc.
