    Hello,

Do you use Android or Apple device? If so, you might want to check your Google account or Apple account as well, if you subscribed via Google Play or Apple App Store, it will show up there instead.

Otherwise you can use the instruction here to see if you can recover forgotten Microsoft accounts: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/account-billing/forgotten-your-microsoft-account-username-b2049472-3b8f-27d3-61c6-67a668453f4c

If you still cannot find it, it is best and actually easier to dispute this with your credit card company.

If you do not have access to the account associated with the £1.99 monthly payment, it can be challenging to cancel the subscription directly through Microsoft. Here are a couple of options you can consider:

    1. Contact Microsoft Support: Since you don't have access to the account, contacting Microsoft Support may help. They can assist you in identifying the account linked to the payment and guide you through the cancellation process. You can reach them by visiting the Microsoft support page and following the prompts for billing issues.
    2. Cancel via Payment Method: If you cannot resolve the issue through Microsoft, you might consider contacting your bank or credit card issuer to stop the payments. This can be a quicker way to prevent further charges while you sort out the account issue.

Keep in mind that if the subscription is linked to an email address you do not have access to, Microsoft may require verification of account ownership before they can assist you further.
