I have a licensed version of Microsoft Office 2021 Professional Plus installed on my PC. When I try to uninstall it, I consistently receive error 30045-44(1). I have already tried the following troubleshooting steps:

• Quick Repair and Online Repair: The Quick Repair completes successfully, but the issue persists.

• PC Restart: No change after rebooting.

• Microsoft Support and Recovery Assistant (SaRA): The tool was unable to resolve the problem.

• Official Microsoft Manual Uninstall tools: Followed instructions on the Microsoft website, but the uninstallation was unsuccessful (After following this process, it seems that some components were indeed uninstalled because I can no longer open Excel files. However, 'Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2021' is still listed in my installed programs, and I am still getting error 30045-44(1) when I try to remove it).

How can I resolve this? I need to perform a clean uninstallation so I can install a newer version of MS Office.
