The error message you're encountering, AADSTS5000225: This tenant has been blocked due to inactivity, indicates that your Azure tenant has been made inaccessible due to a lack of activity. This is a measure to help reduce unnecessary costs associated with inactive tenants.

To resolve this issue, you can take the following steps:

    1. Reactivation Request: If you are the tenant administrator, you can request reactivation of your tenant within 20 days of it becoming inactive. After this period, the tenant will be deleted and cannot be recovered.
    2. Contact Microsoft Support: Reach out to Microsoft support for assistance with reactivating your tenant. You can find global support phone numbers on the Microsoft support website.
    3. Check for Account Upgrade: If you previously signed up for a free account, you may need to upgrade to a pay-as-you-go account to regain access. This can be done through the Azure signup page.

Make sure to act quickly to avoid permanent deletion of your tenant if you wish to retain access.
