Microsoft has been installed and an .exe file for Edgeupdate exists. However the program will not load.

Do you have a secondary monitor connected? If so, please try disconnecting it and see if the issue persists.
If this doesn't work, open Microsoft Edge then Press and Hold the Shift key on your keyboard. Right click the affected application on the taskbar. Select Move then use the left and right arrows on your keyboard to move to the center.

Last time it worked was probably back in November, give or take a month or so. Updated to Windows 11 from 10 and installed a second computer but it is not linked to the problem one. Nothing happens when I try to open, even as administrator. THe icon is on the taskbar but not the screen.
I have done all of the recommended mitigations and none of them adddress the problem that the program won't load. I have also done many diagnostics as recommended by Copilot and nothing has worked.
