Keep getting Service Unavailable message for new office download

When I went to office.com/setup to register my new Office license for my account, I keep getting the Service Unavailable message. How can I resolve this?

    Which specific Microsoft Office product is this? Office Home 2024? Office Home & Business 2024? A subscription version (Microsoft 365)? Or something else?

    Hi! Try downloading from the other website.

    1. Go to https://account.microsoft.com/account > Sign in with your Microsoft Account > Go to Subscriptions.
    2. Expand Microsoft 365 > Install apps...
    3. Choose your operating system version > Download and install Office.
