    Hello RED!

    Welcome to the Q&A forum.

I see you're having trouble with your Copilot not responding, even after multiple attempts to get it to work. Here are a few steps that might help:

    1. Reset the Copilot app

    • Settings > apps > Installed apps
    • Find a co-pilot
    • Advanced options
    • Click Repair
    • If the issue continues, select Reset

    2. Check network blocks

    • Disable VPN temporarily
    • Test a different network (e.g., mobile hotspot)
    • If possible, bypass corporate proxy or firewall

Tip: Make sure that Windows and Copilot are fully updated via

Settings > Windows Update > Install all updates. If the issue persists, consider reinstalling the Copilot app.

Hope this helps. Please let me know how it goes so we could decide the next steps if needed.

If your Copilot is not responding despite multiple attempts to click it, there could be several reasons for this issue. Here are some potential causes and solutions:

    1. Internet Connectivity Issues: Ensure that your internet connection is stable, as Copilot requires a proper network connection to function correctly.
    2. Licensing Issues: Verify that you have a user-based license assigned that supports Microsoft 365 Copilot. If you have recently been assigned a new license, it may take some time to propagate.
    3. Account Conflicts: If you are signed in with both a personal account and a work or school account, this might cause validation issues with Copilot. Try signing in with only one account.
    4. Privacy Settings: Check if Copilot is blocked by your organization's privacy settings. You may need to consult your Microsoft 365 admin to ensure that Copilot is not restricted.
    5. Recent Updates or Resets: If you recently reset or updated Office, this might affect the activation status of your applications. Ensure that everything is up to date.
    6. Update Channel: Make sure your organization is using the Current Channel or Monthly Enterprise Channel, as Copilot may not work on the Semi-Annual Enterprise Channel.

If the problem persists, consider reaching out to your Microsoft 365 admin or Microsoft support for further assistance.
