How to edit signature???

No, it DOES NOT work from "file - options - mail - signatures..."
It stays the same even though the Outlook is restarted. The same old signature, and nowhere those editions that I just made and saved.

Hi @Hans Lankari co. ltd. - Thailand office

Thanks for reaching out to the Microsoft Q&A forum.

You can also configure your signature in Outlook on the web in addition to the settings in Classic Outlook.

To do this, select the gear icon in the upper‑right corner to open Settings > Account > Signatures > choose the pen icon to edit your signature.

    User's image

Any changes you make there should sync to the Outlook desktop app.

Additionally, to rule out the possibility that your signature was created through a mail transport rule managed by your IT admin, please check whether the signature shown in your settings matches the old one. You can also try selecting “no signature” to see if the previous signature still appears. If it does, it is likely being applied by an admin‑configured rule rather than your personal settings.

I hope this brings some additional clarity. If you have any updates or further questions, please feel free to reach out.

To edit your email signature in Outlook, follow these steps:

    1. Go to File > Options > Mail > Signatures.
    2. In the Signatures and Stationery window, select the signature you want to edit from the Select signature to edit list.
    3. Make your changes in the Edit signature box.
    4. Click OK to save your changes.

If the changes do not appear after restarting Outlook, ensure that you are editing the correct signature and that it is set as the default signature for new messages or replies. You can also try removing any special characters from your signature, as they may cause issues with saving changes.

If the problem persists, consider checking for any updates to Outlook or repairing the installation, as this may resolve underlying issues with the application.
