Can I transfer Minecraft Java from one account to another

When I first got java my mom accidentally bought it on her account and I've been playing on that ever since, but I've always wanted to own it on my account by transferring it. It was meant to be bought on my account and having on my account would make me feel like I actually own it and have control of it. Plus I could also stay more organized with my accounts.
