Hi @Hilary,
Thank you for posting your question on the Microsoft Q&A forum.
I understand how frustrating it can be when a feature you regularly rely on suddenly stops working.
Following the OneNote update released around October 2025, many iPad users have reported similar behavior where tapping Share > Send Copy of Page either does nothing or briefly displays a window before disappearing. This appears to be a compatibility issue between recent OneNote builds and iPadOS. You may try the following:
- Update iPadOS and OneNote Please ensure both iPadOS and the OneNote app are updated to the latest available versions. Some users have reported improvement after updating to the latest version of iPadOS and OneNote version.
- Use OneNote on another device If you need to share a page urgently, try accessing your notebook from OneNote on a Windows PC, Mac, or even an iPhone, where the feature may still function correctly.
- Use OneNote for the web Open browser and visit https://www.onenote.com. From there, you may be able to copy, print, or export your page, although formatting may differ slightly.
It is noted that the above suggestions might not work as expected. Since this issue appears to be related to the OneNote update and is affecting multiple users, we recommend submitting feedback directly to Microsoft so it can be investigated and prioritized for a future fix: https://feedbackportal.microsoft.com/feedback
I hope this information helps. If you have any additional questions, please feel free to let me know.
