This forum is just a user to user forum, no-one here has any account access, try using the steps they provide on this link to find out what that payment was for.

To request a refund for the unsuccessful transaction, you will need to contact Microsoft support directly, as they can assist you with billing issues related to your account. Here are the steps you can follow:

    1. Visit the Microsoft support page.
    2. Sign in to your Microsoft account.
    3. Select the product related to your issue (in this case, Microsoft 365 or Office).
    4. Click on "Get Home support" and describe your issue.
    5. Choose the option to contact support, and follow the prompts to chat with a support agent.

Since the refund process may require sensitive information, it's best to handle this directly with Microsoft support for the most accurate assistance.
