To update your credit card details for your Microsoft subscription, follow these steps:

    1. Sign in to the Azure portal or the appropriate Microsoft account management page.
    2. Navigate to Cost Management + Billing or the billing section relevant to your subscription.
    3. Select the subscription you want to update.
    4. Go to Payment methods.
    5. If you are adding a new card, select Add payment method and fill in the required details. Make sure that the card is issued from the same country/region as your account.
    6. If you are trying to replace an existing card, you may need to select the existing card and choose the option to replace it.
    7. Ensure that all card details are entered correctly, including the card number, expiration date, and billing address.
    8. If you encounter issues with the card being declined, check with your bank to ensure there are no restrictions on your card, such as international transaction blocks or insufficient funds.

If the problem persists after following these steps, consider contacting Microsoft support for further assistance, as they may provide additional troubleshooting specific to your account.
