Hello, please go to Outlook’s File > Options > Language and set both Display and Help languages to Chinese, then restart Outlook. Also, confirm Windows Settings > Time & Language > Language & Region uses Chinese as the default display language. I also suggest matching Office and Windows language packs to prevent other languages like Thai from appearing.

I assigned the language changes to Chinese and it pops out Thai for the rest of the options even AI translator. I can not read Thai.
