I understand that you've posted this thread in the Business forum, but I would like to "reconfirm your account types" to ensure we can provide the most appropriate troubleshooting steps. Please let me know which of the following applies to your account:
2/ Which account do you currently use for(Email/ OneDrive/ Teams/ Office apps) ?
3/ Are you receiving duplicate billing, or do both accounts have different purposes?
4/ Which account do you want to keep, and which one do you want to cancel?

-If your account is a personal Microsoft Account, you can prefer this article to cancel your subscription.
