why do i have 2 x 365 accounts and how do i cancel 1 of them ?

    So what did you do about having 2 accounts? Were you able to merge them?

    To ensure I fully understand the issue you’re experiencing, I’d like to confirm a few details:

    1/ Verify your account type

    I understand that you've posted this thread in the Business forum, but I would like to "reconfirm your account types" to ensure we can provide the most appropriate troubleshooting steps. Please let me know which of the following applies to your account: 

    • Personal account (e.g., @hotmail.com, @outlook.com) 
    • Educational account (e.g., @schoolname.edu) 
    • Business account (e.g., @yourcompany.com or @onmicrosoft.com) 

    2/ Which account do you currently use for(Email/ OneDrive/ Teams/ Office apps) ?

    3/ Are you receiving duplicate billing, or do both accounts have different purposes? 

    4/ Which account do you want to keep, and which one do you want to cancel? 

    For your information : 
    -If your account is a personal Microsoft Account, you can prefer this article to cancel your subscription.

    Cancel a Microsoft 365 subscription - Microsoft Support 

    -If your account is a Business/Work Account (an account provided by your organization): 

    You cannot cancel the subscription on your own because 

    • The subscription is managed by your organization 
    • The license assigned to you is controlled by your IT Admin
