ADSTS5000225 - Can't access Azure portal

Hi,

I signed up for a trial account for Azure yesterday, and when I try to sign in I'm faced with a ADSTS5000225 error code.
I used the same account to register for the Azure Free account a couple of years ago when I did the AZ-900 training. That tenant is long gone due to inactivity. I do not wish to reactivate that one, but rather have a new fresh one so I can refresh my knowledge.

How do we solve this?

BR
Fredrik

    Hello Fredrik Majava,

This issue will be resolved by signing in using the tenant-specific Azure portal URL and the tenant ID I have provided over the private messages tab:

    https://portal.azure.com/<tenant-ID>

Once you accessed the portal through the tenant-scoped URL, the tenant became active again and you will be able to manage resources without further issues.

And the tenant will be restored successfully.
