Re-assign Azure Sponsorship subscription

Question

Hi,

I need to raise a support ticket to re-assign azure sponsorship subscription to some other user. Please note the subscription is in assigned state and has not activated yet. I tried Azure portal to raise a support ticket but . it need subscription to select which I don't have may be its in assigned state so it might not appearing in the subscription dropdown.

Hence not finding a way to raise a support ticket.
