We have applied for the Hardware Program in the Programs section of Partner Center and have also completed the EV certificate registration successfully. However, the Hardware Program does not appear in Partner Center after completion.

Please find the details below:

  1. The Organization profile appears to be registered and completed correctly.

The Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program has been successfully applied for and is visible in Partner Center.

The Hardware Program does not appear in the Programs list.

When attempting to apply again, the status shows “Active In”, indicating that the application already exists.

The account used has the following roles assigned:

     User management admin
     
        Account admin
        
           Support request admin
           
              Business profile admin
              
                 Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program partner admin
                 
                    Co-sell Solution Admin
                    
                       Compliance admin
