I have three Microsoft personal accounts linked to the same phone number. When I tried to link them, I received a notification stating that only one personal account can be linked. As a result, I’m unable to link all three accounts and view all my certifications in one place.

Could you please advise on how I should proceed to access and view all my certifications?

    Hi AYUSH SHANKAR ,

    Thanks for the question.

If you have passed PL-900, SC-900, DP-900, and AZ-900 but those certifications are no longer visible in your Microsoft Learn profile (even though they were visible earlier), this usually points to an account or profile linking issue rather than a problem with the exam results themselves.

Microsoft certifications are associated with the Microsoft account that was used during exam registration. If you are currently signed in to Microsoft Learn with a different account (for example, a work account instead of a personal Microsoft account, or vice versa), the certifications will not appear. This is one of the most common causes reported in similar cases.

Another known scenario is a backend sync or profile linkage issue between the exam delivery system and Microsoft Learn. In such cases, certifications may appear initially and then disappear from the Learn profile due to a temporary mismatch or account association problem.

As per Microsoft’s guidance, when certifications are missing from the Learn profile, the recommended approach is:

Verify that you are signed in to Microsoft Learn with the same account that was used to book and take the exams.

Check the Credentials → Certifications section in your Learn profile.

If the certifications are still not visible, raise a support request with Microsoft Credentials Support so they can investigate and relink the certifications to your profile from the backend.
