I have an app published on the MS Store, but many users are reporting they can’t connect because it lacks the verification badge. The app uses the Graph API. These are mostly Microsoft 365 Business Accounts, that are failing.

I’m registered as an individual developer, and on the Partner Centre page, I have the “green” Authorised badge.

https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/apps/publish/whats-new-individual-developer I noticed that the individual developer is currently free; I had to pay a one-time fee when I registered.

On the Azure Portal, I need to enter the MPN ID, which I can’t find. The instructions on this page don’t work for me: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-nz/entra/identity-platform/publisher-verification-overview

On this page it says this:
"**How much does publisher verification cost for the app developer? Does it require a license?**Microsoft doesn't charge developers for publisher verification. No license is required to become a verified publisher.

I can’t find any clear instructions on what I need to do to get the verification badge.
