Hello @JEL
Welcome to Q&A forum!
As I have checked, Microsoft has not released any update that allows users to easily remove old or incorrect accounts directly from the Teams sign‑in window on macOS.
If you need to remove outdated accounts, you may prefer to clear the credentials stored in Keychain and delete Teams‑related cache folders manually.
Here are the steps you can follow:
1/ Quit Microsoft Teams completely
Right‑click the Teams icon in the Dock and select "Quit".
2/ Remove Teams credentials from Keychain
- Open "Keychain Access" on your Mac.
- Search for entries related to:
Microsoft Teams, idtoken, accesstoken, refreshtoken, com.microsoft.oneauth. - Delete any items associated with Teams.
3/ Delete Teams cache and data folders
In Finder, go to the following paths and remove the related folders:
- ~/Library/Group Containers/UBF8T346G9.com.microsoft.teams
- ~/Library/Containers/com.microsoft.teams2
These folders contain cached login data that may cause old accounts to reappear.
4/ Restart your Mac and reopen Teams
This will force Teams to regenerate fresh configuration and sign‑in information.
For your reference:
Sign out or remove an account from Microsoft Teams - Microsoft Support
Besides that, you can clear the credentials in Keychain and reinstall Teams for a quick resolution
