Even when small, the email window still has it's own icon on the Taskbar? If so, hover over the Taskbar label until the thumbnail pops up, then right-click on the thumbnail. You should see the usual Size, Move, etc. menu. And don't Max it. Use the Size and arrow keys to make it bigger before closing.

Or is the problem that even after you resize it, it opens as tiny again next time?

    Hello,

Thank you for reaching out and sorry about the troubel you are having with outlook. Try resetting its view settings to fix the display. First, close Outlook completely. Then press Windows Key + R, type outlook.exe /cleanviews, and press Enter. This will restore all folders to their default view and remove any custom layouts that may be causing the issue. Just a heads-up, any personalized views will be cleared, but this often helps when the interface isn’t behaving normally.

Let me know how it goes and if you have questions or need further assistance you can leave a comment below.

    Thank you,

If your Outlook email opens in a small window that you cannot resize or maximize, it may be due to a few potential issues. Here are some suggestions you can try:

    1. Reset the Window Size: Sometimes, Outlook may remember the last window size. Try closing Outlook, then reopen it while holding down the Ctrl key. This can reset the window size.
    2. Check Display Settings: Ensure that your display settings are set to 100% scaling. Sometimes, higher scaling settings can cause issues with window sizes in applications.
    3. Update Outlook: Make sure you have the latest updates installed for Outlook, as updates can fix bugs that may cause display issues.
    4. Repair Outlook: If the problem persists, consider repairing your Outlook installation through the Control Panel. This can resolve any underlying issues with the application.
    5. Registry Edit: As a last resort, you can check the Windows registry settings for Outlook window sizes, but be cautious when editing the registry.

If none of these solutions work, you may want to consult further troubleshooting resources or forums for more specific guidance.
