Are you able to force your laptop into the recovery environment using these steps.

Start your PC, just as Windows attempts to load (spinning dots), press and hold Power Button for 5 - 10 seconds to perform a Hard Shut Down

    Do this twice

On the third start Windows will boot into the Recovery Environment and from there you can access System Repair, Safe Mode, Command Prompt... etc.

If not, when you start your laptop, is there nothing on the screen, not even the laptop manufacturers logo screen before WIndows attempts to boot up?

If there is nothing on the screen, just a black screen when you start your laptop:

Disconnect the laptop from mains electricity.

Press and hold the power button on the case of your laptop for 30 seconds.

    Wait 30 minutes

Reconnect the power cable and start your laptop, is there an image on the screen and if so, does it boot into Windows?

If your laptop suddenly turned off and is not turning back on, there are a few steps you can try:

    1. Check the Power Connection: Ensure that the charger is properly connected to both the laptop and the power outlet. Sometimes, the charger may not be delivering power due to a loose connection.
    2. Inspect the Charging Light: If the charging light is not blinking or is off, it may indicate that the laptop is not receiving power. Try using a different power outlet or a different charger if available.
    3. Perform a Hard Reset: Disconnect the charger and remove the battery (if it is removable). Press and hold the power button for about 15-20 seconds. This can help reset the hardware. After that, reconnect the battery and charger, then try turning it on again.
    4. Check for Faults: If the laptop still does not turn on, there may be a hardware issue. This could be related to the battery, charging port, or internal components. In this case, it may be best to consult with a professional technician.
    5. Booting Issues: If the laptop powers on but does not boot into Windows, it may be necessary to troubleshoot further, possibly by checking for error messages or using recovery options.

If these steps do not resolve the issue, you may need to seek technical support for further diagnosis and repair.
