Hi dEEGtal,
Thanks for reaching out in Microsoft Q&A forum,
I understand it's showing as "Redeemed" without providing the coupon code or redemption link, which prevents activation on your GitHub organization this is a known glitch often tied to existing billing sources on the GitHub side or backend sync errors.
Troubleshooting Steps
- Log into your GitHub organization at github.com > Settings > Billing & plans. Remove/pause any active payment methods or subscriptions, then retry the redemption in Founders Hub.
- In Founders Hub dashboard > Credits & Offers/Benefits, double-check the status and try "Redeem" again after clearing browser cache or using incognito mode.
- No self-service reset is available publicly, so the fastest path is a quick support request via the Founders Hub portal (foundershub.support.microsoft.com) they can reset the state or send the coupon directly, usually in 3-5 business days. Just include your Founders Hub email, GitHub org name, and Azure sub-ID for speed.
